Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Equivalent IST Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Our recruitment team is seeking an engaged and proactive Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate Daily Operations and the full recruitment lifecycle of our IT consultants in an MSP Program (for a Large Banking client).

Key Responsibilities:

\n

Candidate Screening and Recruitment Support

\n
    \n
  • Assist recruiters in conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and availability.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS and CRM systems.
  • \n
  • Support high‑volume recruitment efforts by pre‑qualifying candidates for multiple roles.
  • \n
\n

Interview & Scheduling Coordination

\n
    \n
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and client hiring managers.
  • \n
  • Manage calendars, send confirmations, and ensure all parties have necessary details.
  • \n
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing job descriptions, expectations, and logistics.
  • \n
  • Follow up with candidates and clients to gather feedback and update recruiters accordingly.
  • \n

Administrative & Operational Support

\n
    \n
  • Post job openings across various platforms and ensure postings remain current.
  • \n
  • Assist with onboarding tasks such as document collection, background checks, and compliance requirements.
  • \n
  • Generate weekly recruitment reports, pipeline updates, and activity summaries.
  • \n
  • Maintain organized digital files, candidate documentation, and recruitment trackers.
  • \n

Client & Candidate Communication

  • Support recruiters in managing client communication, scheduling, and follow‑ups.
  • \n
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • \n
  • Uphold agency standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.
  • \n
\n

Process Improvement & Collaboration

\n
    \n
  • Collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and leadership to support hiring goals.
  • \n
  • Participate in team meetings, recruitment planning sessions, and agency initiatives.
  • \n
\n


\n

Required Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or administrative roles (preferably in a staffing agency).
  • \n
  • Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources is preferred
  • \n
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Excel/MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • \n
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • \n
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • \n
