\nWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer conversations across chat and calls. This is a frontline role focused on solving customer issues quickly, maintaining a smooth support experience, and ensuring customers feel heard and assisted throughout their journey.
\nThe right person is patient, well-spoken, organised, and comfortable handling multiple customer interactions daily.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Customer Support Operations

- Handle customer queries through chat and phone calls \n
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, sizing,payments, etc. \n
- Close support tickets efficiently while maintaining good customer experience \n
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders and requests. \n
2. CRM & Ticket Management

- Manage and update customer tickets through Zoho CRM \n
- Track open issues and follow up until resolution \n
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and resolutions \n
- Coordinate internally with operations and logistics teams for issue resolution \n
3. Communication & Escalation

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers \n
- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them internally \n
- Maintain calm and problem-solving attitude during difficult conversations \n
4. Process & Support Coordination
\n- \n
- Support smooth day-to-day customer support operations \n
- Help improve response quality and turnaround time \n
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or client handling roles \n
- Good spoken and written English communication skills(mandatory) \n
- Comfortable handling customer calls and chats daily \n
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge \n
- Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset \n
- Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus (not mandatory) \n
