Role Description The Billing Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Billing Engineer will prepare and verify bills for construction projects, coordinate with project teams for measurements and supporting documents, and ensure accurate BOQ implementation and quantity calculations. Day-to-day tasks include rate analysis, quantity surveying, monitoring work progress for billing purposes, and updating billing records and reports. The role involves working closely with site engineers, contractors, and accounts teams to resolve discrepancies, support timely payments, and maintain compliance with company policies and contractual terms. Qualifications Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Atleast 5 years prior experience in construction billing or quantity surveying for building or interior projects is mandatory. Candidates should possess Billing Systems and Rate Analysis skills to prepare, review, and validate project bills. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify discrepancies, and optimize billing processes. Candidates should have proficiency in MS Excel and relevant construction billing software. Candidates should possess strong BOQ and Quantity Surveying skills for accurate measurement and billing. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and effective communication with site and office teams.
