Senior Manager – Operations & Healthcare Delivery Location: Koregaon Park, Pune (Extensive Field Work Required) About Health Within Reach Foundation (HWRF) Health Within Reach Foundation (HWRF) is a technology-enabled non-profit delivering quality healthcare through Mobile Healthcare Units, Fixed Clinics, AI-enabled Women's Cancer Screening, Community Health Camps, and digital health solutions. As we expand across multiple programs and geographies, we are looking for an execution-oriented operations leader who enjoys solving real-world problems on the ground. Position Summary This is a high-ownership field leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth operations across HWRF's healthcare programs. The role requires extensive travel to operational sites, hands-on supervision, team leadership, process improvement, and execution excellence. The position reports directly to the CEO. --- Key Responsibilities Operations & Field Execution Lead day-to-day operations of Mobile Healthcare Units, Fixed Clinics and Community Health Camps. Spend significant time in the field supervising operations. Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, quality standards and organizational policies. Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively. Team Leadership Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, dentists, nurses, technicians, outreach staff, drivers and support teams. Plan manpower deployment and improve productivity. Build a culture of accountability, discipline and continuous improvement. Process Excellence Develop and standardize SOPs and operational workflows. Improve patient flow, logistics, documentation and service quality. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions. Asset, Logistics & Risk Management Oversee vehicles, medical equipment, inventory and operational logistics. Ensure preventive maintenance and minimize downtime. Manage operational risks, regulatory compliance and safety standards. Strategic Growth Work closely with the CEO to strengthen operations and build scalable systems. Support expansion of new healthcare programs and technology-enabled operations. --- Who Should Apply MBA (Operations, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Hospital Administration or related fields) OR Engineering graduates with tier 1 and 2 colleges with operations experience OR Retired Armed Forces Officers with strong execution leadership Healthcare experience is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates from manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, consulting, defence services or other execution-intensive industries are encouraged to apply. --- Experience 3–5 years of operations management experience Experience leading multidisciplinary teams Strong exposure to field operations, execution and process improvement --- Compensation CTC: ₹9–14 LPA (Negotiable based on capability) Performance-linked variable pay based on operational KPIs and organizational impact. --- Why Join HWRF?
