Today, we're entering our next phase of expansion—strengthening our internal systems, people and operations to support a growing network of partner schools while maintaining the quality and trust we've built over the years. About the Role This is an operations-first role . Approximately 70% of your work will focus on business operations , while 30% will involve people operations , including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee coordination. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO , supporting day-to-day operations, improving organisational systems and helping leadership execute priorities across the company. What You'll Do Operations: Drive operational execution across teams and projects. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up on key deliverables. Build, document and continuously improve SOPs and operational workflows. People Management Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle coordination. Manage HR operations, payroll coordination, documentation and leave administration. Maintain operational dashboards, trackers and reports for leadership. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation. Support organisational planning and help translate strategy into execution. We're Looking For Someone Who Has 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations, People Operations, HR Operations, Administration or a Staff Officer/Executive support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational and execution ability. High ownership, sound judgement and discretion. Confidence working with AI tools and modern productivity platforms. A genuine interest in building organisations—not just managing processes. Experience in education, consulting, SaaS, EdTech or Founder-led organisations is a highly advantage. What You'll Get Work directly with the Founder & CEO on high-impact organisational initiatives.
