Job Description

The Senior - Design & Sales will be responsible for leading the business development and design functions for the interiors vertical. This role will drive client acquisition, manage the complete sales-to-design lifecycle, and ensure seamless handover to the execution team. The position is client-facing and outcome-driven, with ownership of revenue, design closure, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: • Lead business development initiatives for interior projects • Oversee client leads, consultations, and relationship building • Drive sales closures and revenue achievement Client Requirement Mapping: • Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines • Translate client requirements into clear design and cost expectations • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal deliverables Design & BOQ Closure: • Oversee design discussions and design finalization • Review and finalize BOQs and cost mapping aligned with client approvals • Ensure designs and BOQs are commercially viable and executable Handover to Execution: • Ensure smooth handover of finalized projects to the execution team • Share approved designs, BOQs, and client commitments • Support execution teams during initial project kick-off Stakeholder Coordination: • Coordinate with design, sales, procurement, and execution teams • Maintain high standards of client experience and communication Qualifications & Experience: • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • 15+ years of experience in interiors, design-sales, or business development
