Role Summary: As the first point of contact for customers, you will ensure every visitor receives a warm and professional welcome while efficiently managing front office operations, walk-in inquiries, lead coordination, and overall showroom administration. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure every prospective customer enjoys a seamless experience from arrival until handover to the sales consultant. Key Responsibilities: Front Office Management Welcome all walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth. Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules. Ensure customers are comfortably seated and attended to promptly. Coordinate refreshments for visitors. Manage incoming phone calls professionally and route them appropriately. Handle courier, mail, and general office correspondence. Pre-Sales Support: Receive inbound sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media. Qualify leads using defined qualification criteria. Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. Follow up with prospective customers for appointment confirmations. Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads. Ensure timely assignment of leads to sales executives. Customer Experience: Deliver a premium hospitality experience. Understand customer requirements before connecting them with the appropriate sales consultant. Handle basic project-related enquiries confidently. Assist visitors with brochures, presentations, and project information. Escalate customer concerns promptly. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain reception supplies and inventory. Coordinate housekeeping for customer areas. Ensure meeting rooms remain presentation-ready. Maintain visitor statistics and daily reports. Assist in organizing customer events and launches. Coordinate vendor visits when required. Required Skills: Communication Excellent spoken English Fluent Kannada Hindi preferred Strong telephone etiquette Professional email writing Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word PowerPoint CRM software Google Workspace WhatsApp Business Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 2 to 4 years of experience in front office, hospitality, customer service, or inside sales Experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory The ideal candidate: Creates a memorable first impression for every visitor.
