Executive - Strategic Alliance

Responsibilities:

• Support and execute day-to-day community engagement initiatives to foster active participation, dialogue, and connection within the community
\n
• Drive outreach efforts to expand the community by targeting and engaging relevant personas, including HR leaders, founders, and other professionals across industries
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, founders, and key ecosystem stakeholders—both in-person and virtually—to enhance community value and influence
\n
• Stay updated with current industry and workplace trends to inform community conversations, events, and content development
\n
• Conceptualize and manage engagement-led formats, events, and activities designed to increase member interaction, knowledge sharing, and overall community impact
\n
