Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Hegmakart. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective healthcare institutions and manufacturers, presenting Hegmakart’s platform and solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The representative will develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, support digital campaigns, and communicate value propositions clearly to different stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing responsive support, gathering feedback from clients, and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings. The role also includes preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving outreach strategies.\n

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and campaign support.

  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.

  • Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard new clients and educate users on platform features and best practices.

  • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B technology sales is highly beneficial.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organization and time-management skills.

  • Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and digital marketing channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
