Sales Development Representative

Albert Venture Design is building the founding sales team for our agency, and we’re looking for confident, coachable, target-driven SDRs to join us on-site in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata.

In this role, you’ll be the front line of our growth engine: making outbound calls to USA home service businesses and contractors, reaching decision-makers, delivering value-led pitches, handling objections, and booking qualified meetings for our closers. You’ll also receive daily coaching from a dedicated trainer and QA team to help you improve every shift.

Role: Sales Development Representative

Shift: Night shift, US business hours

Location: Kolkata, on-site

Openings: 10

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month + transport + commission

We’re looking for people with excellent spoken English, confidence on the phone, resilience, and the hunger to grow into Closer and Team Lead roles as we scale.
