• Ensure adherence to work permits / Job Safety by generating awareness & training & adherence of PPE.

• Adherence to Environmental Standards & initiate measures for recycling.
\n
• Reviewing the production plan for both mainlines, Rigid Pipe Section Line.
\n
• Production and process control of glass wool insulation products.
\n

\n
• Batching, Melting, Fiberizing and forming, curing and other cold end operations.
\n
• Off-line glasswool pipes and flexible ducts production.
\n

\n
• Ensure & Control Production Plan as per SAP.
\n
• Develop & monitor Dashboard to track KPI
\n

Delivered variable and fixed cost for the plant as per the budget.

\n
• Coordinate with quality assurance and Customer Service Dept. to implement optimized plan for best yield & customer satisfaction through best quality & timely delivery.
\n
• Ensure daily update of MIS with zero deviation.
\n
• Be part of the team to do root cause analysis & CAPA for quality complaints, defects & equipment breakdowns.
\n
• Lead continual improvements to improve Quality, skill, operating costs and Customer Satisfaction
\n
• Ensure equipment healthy by ensuring basic AM checks & timely requests for maintenance service.
\n
• Coordinate with Maintenance & ensure implementation of Preventive Maintenance Plan / schedules as per due dates and SAP.
\n
• Plan yearly Capex & general budget, coordinating with Plant Head – Sikandrabad and ensure implementation within budget and agreed timelines.
\n
• Review, monitor & ensure availability of critical production consumables within the budget.
\n
• Plan & organize on the job training to keep the team updated with improvements /unique problem resolution/ multiskilling etc.
\n
• Ensure to strictly adhere QMS plan & comply SOPs.
\n
• Conduct new products & process trials timely and make it operational on approval.
\n
• Conduct Process, Product & Safety Audits at defined intervals and implement the action plans within due dates.
\n
• Ensure 5 'S' & general discipline & follow code of conduct on shop-floor.
\n

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION - Bachelor's degree in mechanical / chemical / Ceramic

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP - 15 years + of glass manufacturing experience

NATURE OF EXPERIENCE - Glass manufacturing/ Glass fibre industry

Exposure in QEOHS, SAP and WCM / TPM
