SM Developers is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Bengaluru. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business associates, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting day-to-day office operations.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nWelcome and assist clients, visitors, and business associates with professionalism and courtesy.
\nManage incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
\nSchedule appointments, maintain visitor records, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
\nHandle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and official correspondence.
\nProvide administrative support to the HR and Administration teams.
\nMaintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area at all times.
\nRespond to general inquiries and ensure an exceptional visitor experience.
\nCoordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
\nPerform additional administrative duties as assigned by the management.
\nRequired Skills:

\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
