Job Description
Role Details:
\nAs a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible to drive the adoption & engagement across customer segments. The individual will be responsible for crafting and executing the strategy around new customer acquisition, driving customer value (cross-sell, win-back and transaction intensity).
\nRole Description
\nA. Customer Engagement:
\n- \n
- Work on initiatives/levers to increase the traffic on bank's channels (mobile/net) with an objective to increase conversion from target bases new and drive adoption among the new/existing consumers. \n
- Analyse user journeys to identify improvement areas to increase visitors and conversions on our platform(s) \n
- Improve conversion funnel continuously by driving optimization of digital journey. \n
- Identify and implement levers across channels with the help of cross-functional teams aimed at improving the customer experience and ensuring seamless journeys. \n
- Work closely with Bank's product, analytics and digital marketing team for designing targeted campaigns basis customer persona and targeted digital outreach respectively. \n
B. Product Enhancement

- Be the voice- of customer in shaping the new set of features/products that the bank should launch \n
- Work closely with Marketing team to create awareness and engagement campaigns and should have a strong view on customer needs \n
- Increase adoption of new products among the existing consumers through cross-sell and upsell initiatives \n
- Co-create new and optimise existing cross-sell and upsell user journeys with Digital Product Managers \n
- Collaborate with the Bank's Campaigns, Analytics and Overall Portfolio teams to drive efforts on driving conversion funnel \n
EDUCATION
\nEssential requirement: Graduate or postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
\nWORK EXPERIENCE
\n- \n
- Essential requirement: 2-4 years of relevant experience in campaign/CRM management for a digital business/app \n
- Prior experience of executing D2C campaigns and content strategy \n
- Prior working knowledge on SQL \n
- Working knowledge of at least one campaign management tool - Moengage, Clevertap, or Google Analytics is mandatory \n
- Experience with marketing tools like Firebase, Appsflyer is a plus \n
- Experience in managing digital portfolio for a bank/fintech/NBFC is a plus. \n
