PLANT MANAGER - BIOFUEL FACILITY

Location: Botad District (near Bhavnagar)

Lumen Biofuels , in cooperation with Arvind Mills, Gujarat , is hiring an experienced Plant Manager to lead the development and operation of a biofuel processing unit near Bhavnagar.

Role: Oversee project implementation (<6 months) including site development, government permissions, supplier coordination, and site management.

After commissioning, the role will transition into a plant management leadership role, overseeing:

• Daily operations of the unit

• Manpower management
\n
• Scheduled preventative maintenance
\n
• Boiler operations
\n
• Feedstock management.
\n

Requirements: ME/MTech or BE/BTech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering. 5+ years in project management. Strong experience in leading manufacturing operations and managing teams.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Botad/Bhavnagar.

Preferred: Experience in biomass/biofuels, solid fuel / thermal systems.
