As a Project Manager Intern, you'll work alongside founders, designers, developers, and business teams to help turn ideas into successful products. What You'll Get Certified Internship – Receive a completion certificate and career support Real Startup Experience – Work on live software and business projects Mentorship – Learn from experienced professionals from Amazon, Google, Dentsu, and Cognizant Flexible Schedule – Remote-first, 4 days/week, 4 hours/day Growth Opportunity – High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities What You'll Do Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating software development projects Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, and business teams Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers Help maintain project documentation, SOPs, and requirement documents Monitor project progress and prepare weekly status reports Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and communicate delays proactively Research project management best practices, Agile methodologies, and productivity tools Support founders in planning product roadmaps and execution strategies What You'll Need Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, and presentation tools Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or software development lifecycle (preferred but not mandatory) Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft Project is a bonus Note This is an unpaid internship designed to provide meaningful startup experience, practical learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
