Hello December is a growing private label home & lifestyle brand, and we're looking for a Sales & Channel Lead to own our revenue across every channel — retail, marketplaces, wholesale, and international.
\nWhat you'll do:
\n- Own and grow revenue across all sales channels
\n- Track store-wise and channel-wise performance
\n- Build and manage retail, wholesale & B2B relationships
\n- Drive expansion — new stores, marketplaces (Pepperfry & others), and wholesale/international (Faire, London, Dubai, US)
\n- Turn channel data into smart growth decisions
\nWhat we're looking for:
\n- 4–7 years in sales, channel, or business development — ideally in home, lifestyle, furniture, décor, retail, or D2C brands
\n- A proven track record of growing revenue across multiple channels
\n- Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills
\n- Comfort with numbers, targets & performance tracking
