Keep a sharp, relentless pulse on emerging platform features, internet culture, and industry trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve. Act as the primary day-to-day champion and strategic partner for our top-tier roster, building deep, consultative relationships. Own the room during client pitches, monthly presentation reviews, and strategic updates. Sync seamlessly with clients’ internal marketing teams to ensure our creative execution maps perfectly to their grand vision. Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of content calendars, ensuring copy, design, and video assets are nothing short of exceptional. Lead, mentor, and ignite a lean team of 1–2 account executives, maintaining smooth internal workflows and sharp time management. Dive into data on a fortnightly and monthly basis, translating complex metrics into actionable growth insights and stories of success for our clients. Qualifications 2–5 years of agency-side hustle under your belt, with a proven track record of managing both social media execution and direct client relationships. A degree in BMM, Communication, BMS, BBA, BCom, or a related field that sharpened your strategic mindset. A portfolio that proves your ability to build and scale organic or paid social media campaigns that turn casual scrollers into loyal advocates. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate high-stakes client environments and tight deadlines with absolute grace. Top-tier coordination, multitasking, and active listening skills, with a love for collaborating with internal design and video production teams.
