\nRole Title: ServiceNow CoE – Training & Curriculum Leader
\nRole Summary: Own the ServiceNow CoE capability‑build agenda by designing role‑based learning paths, certification plans, mentoring programs, and enablement content that accelerates practice readiness across modules and offerings. (Aligned to CoE “Competency” function.)
\nKey Outcomes (Success Measures):
\n- \n
- Standardized role-based curriculum and module tracks (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CRM/SPM/IRM/SecOps/ITAM/AI). \n
- Measurable uplift in certification throughput, delivery readiness, and time-to-productivity for new hires. \n
- Mentoring/Coaching rhythm across capability towers; “SME bench” readiness for critical deliveries. \n
Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Build & maintain structured curricula: onboarding, developer/consultant/architect pathways, offering-specific tracks. \n
- Establish a certification and assessment plan (CSA/CAD/CIS/Micro-certs); define pre-reqs and progression. \n
- Run mentoring programs, office hours, “tech talks”, hackathons, and knowledge sharing to drive enablement. \n
- Create measurement framework: training attendance, pass rates, competency coverage, skill matrix health. \n
- Partner with CoE leadership and capability leads to forecast skill demand and align training roadmap. \n
Must-Have Skills:
\n- \n
- 8–12+ years overall; 5+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem with strong enablement/L&D ownership. \n
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow product family and certification landscape. \n
- Instructional design, curriculum planning, adult learning techniques, stakeholder management. \n
Nice-to-Have:
\n- \n
- Experience running enablement programs at practice/CoE scale; exposure to platform governance and delivery assurance. \n
