About the Role:

Step into the dynamic world of finance as an Accountant at NES Fircroft. Be at the heart of our regional financial operations, this role requires a detail‐oriented finance professional with strong month‐end reporting experience, including cost of sales analysis, P&L pack preparation, and balance sheet reconciliations. The position involves close collaboration with Operations Managers to ensure accurate, timely financial submissions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cost of Sales Reporting: Production of cost of sales report each month end showing GP by contractor as compared to prior month. This is to be reviewed with relevant Operations Manager and approved for submission to Group.
\n
• P&L Reporting Pack: Production of P&L reporting pack each month end showing actual results against budget/forecast. This is to be reviewed with relevant Operations Manager and approved for submission to Group in line with agreed month end timetable.
\n
• Balance Sheet Reporting: Production of balance sheet reporting pack each month end, showing full reconciliation for
\n
• every balance sheet nominal code in use. This is to be submitted to Regional FC for review
\n
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Hands on experience on preparing budget/ forecasts
\n
• Intercompany Accounts: Hands on experience on intercompany accounts
\n
• Additional Responsibilities: Additional responsibilities as delegated in line with company needs
\n

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced Professional: 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
\n
• Qualified Talent: CA (Final/Inter) or MBA in Finance with a strong academic foundation.
\n
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ERP systems like SAP or Navision, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP's).
\n
• Self-Motivated: Independently driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
\n
• Detail-Oriented: Accurate, reliable, and capable of maintaining high standards under pressure.
\n
