# Job Description – Public Relations (PR) Expert Position: Public Relations (PR) Expert Location: Delhi (On-site) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time ## About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Public Relations (PR) Expert to build and strengthen our clients' public image through impactful media relations, stakeholder engagement, and integrated communication strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong network across media and influencer communities, with proven experience handling government, PSU, and political communication projects. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic PR and communication plans aligned with client objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, influencers, and key stakeholders. * Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, speeches, articles, and official statements. * Plan and manage press conferences, media briefings, public events, launches, and stakeholder engagement activities. * Lead PR campaigns for government departments, PSUs, political entities, and corporate clients. * Coordinate with internal teams, clients, government officials, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication. * Monitor media coverage, prepare media reports, and evaluate campaign performance. * Manage crisis communication and safeguard brand reputation through timely responses. * Identify opportunities to secure positive media coverage across print, digital, television, and radio platforms. * Ensure all communication is consistent with client messaging and brand guidelines. ## Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. * Minimum 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a PR Agency. * Prior experience handling government, PSU, or political communication projects is highly preferred. * Strong network of journalists, editors, media professionals, and influencers. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. * Proven expertise in media relations, event management, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management. * Strong crisis communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. ## Preferred Candidate * Experience working with a PR agency, advertising agency, or integrated communications agency. * Strong understanding of government communication and public affairs. * Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling high-profile accounts independently.
