Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Counselor role based in Pune City. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about programs, entry requirements, and learning pathways. Responsibilities include conducting admissions consultations, following up with leads, maintaining accurate applicant records, and supporting candidates from initial contact through enrollment. The role also involves coordinating with academic and operations teams, participating in outreach and information sessions, and meeting admissions and conversion targets while delivering a positive learner experience. • Candidates should possess an understanding of Education-related concepts to explain programs, learning outcomes, and academic pathways clearly.

• Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, student support, or Ed-Tech is preferred.

• Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time effectively, and use CRM or admissions management tools.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, business, or social sciences is an advantage.

• Comfort with digital communication tools, online meeting platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
