We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Support Executive Location: Pune Join ZingHR, a leading HRMS/HCM SaaS company, and help deliver an exceptional support experience to enterprise customers. What You'll Do: Resolve customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and tickets. Support HRMS modules like Payroll, Attendance, Leave & Employee Management. Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with Product & Engineering teams. Ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: '14;️ 2–5 years of experience in HRMS/HCM Customer Support '14;️ Experience with Payroll, Attendance, Leave, or HRMS applications '14;️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills '14;️ Experience with ticketing tools is an added advantage Preferred Companies: UKG, ADP, PeopleStrong, Darwinbox, Keka, Spine Technologies, greytHR, Ramco, HROne, Pocket HRMS, HRMantra, ZingHR.
