With an in-house legal team and pan-India operational support, we help businesses improve cash flow while preserving commercial relationships.
Role Overview\nWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition and business growth for PayAssured’s commercial debt recovery services. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, confidence in field meetings, and the ability to build relationships with business owners, finance teams, CFOs, founders, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities\nIdentify and approach potential corporate clients for PayAssured’s debt recovery and commercial collections services.
\nGenerate leads through field visits, cold outreach, referrals, networking, and market research.
\nMeet business owners, CFOs, finance heads, procurement teams, and other decision-makers to explain PayAssured’s services.
\nBuild and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, staffing, SaaS, and industrial sectors.
\nConduct client meetings, presentations, service explanations, and commercial discussions.
\nUnderstand client requirements related to overdue payments, unpaid invoices, and recovery challenges.
\nConvert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
\nCoordinate with the legal, operations, and onboarding teams for smooth client handover.
\nMaintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to improve conversion.
\nTrack daily sales activities, client meetings, pipeline status, and conversion progress through CRM or internal reporting tools.
\nShare market feedback, competitor insights, and potential growth opportunities with the management team.
Requirements\n1+ years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, corporate sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
\nExperience in financial services, SaaS, legal services, collections, credit management, or B2B solution selling will be preferred.
\nStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
\nConfidence in meeting business owners, finance teams, and senior decision-makers.
\nAbility to generate leads independently and close deals.
\nComfortable with field sales, client meetings, and local/regional travel.
\nTarget-driven attitude with strong ownership and follow-up skills.
\nCRM experience is preferred but not mandatory.
