Role Overview\n

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition and business growth for PayAssured’s commercial debt recovery services. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, confidence in field meetings, and the ability to build relationships with business owners, finance teams, CFOs, founders, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities\n

Identify and approach potential corporate clients for PayAssured’s debt recovery and commercial collections services.

\n

Generate leads through field visits, cold outreach, referrals, networking, and market research.

\n

Meet business owners, CFOs, finance heads, procurement teams, and other decision-makers to explain PayAssured’s services.

\n

Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, distribution, staffing, SaaS, and industrial sectors.

\n

Conduct client meetings, presentations, service explanations, and commercial discussions.

\n

Understand client requirements related to overdue payments, unpaid invoices, and recovery challenges.

\n

Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

\n

Coordinate with the legal, operations, and onboarding teams for smooth client handover.

\n

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to improve conversion.

\n

Track daily sales activities, client meetings, pipeline status, and conversion progress through CRM or internal reporting tools.

\n

Share market feedback, competitor insights, and potential growth opportunities with the management team.

Requirements\n

1+ years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, corporate sales, enterprise sales, or business development.

\n

Experience in financial services, SaaS, legal services, collections, credit management, or B2B solution selling will be preferred.

\n

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

\n

Confidence in meeting business owners, finance teams, and senior decision-makers.

\n

Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.

\n

Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and local/regional travel.

\n

Target-driven attitude with strong ownership and follow-up skills.

\n

CRM experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile\n

Existing network with business owners, CFOs, finance heads, procurement teams, founders, or corporate decision-makers.

Experience selling to MSMEs, mid-market companies, or enterprise clients.

Strong local market knowledge and ability to identify potential business clients.
