Position Overview\nWe are seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy Junior Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our cutting-edge technical capabilities and our prospective clients. You will support the sales team by translating complex AI/OCR features into tangible business value, conducting impactful technical demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Pre-Sales & Technical Demonstrations: Assist the sales team by preparing and delivering compelling, tailored product demonstrations that highlight how Deep AI OCR solves specific client pain points. \n
- Requirement Gathering: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical infrastructure, workflow bottlenecks, and document processing needs. \n
- Implementation & Basic Support: Provide foundational technical support to clients during and immediately after solution implementation, ensuring high adoption rates and customer satisfaction. \n
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer. Relay feedback, feature requests, and market insights to the internal Product and Engineering teams. \n
- Proposals & Documentation: Help author comprehensive technical proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), case studies, and solution documentation. \n
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure a smooth transition from the sales cycle to long-term support. \n

- Bachelor's Degree: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. \n
- Post-Graduate Degree (Highly Preferred): An MBA (Master of Business Administration) or equivalent post-graduate diploma in Sales, Marketing, or International Business is highly desirable to bridge the gap between technical features and business ROI. \n

- Tech-Sales Alignment: Strong foundational understanding of Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales frameworks. \n
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), OCR technologies, and Cloud/SaaS business models. \n
- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), presentation tools, and basic knowledge of APIs or data structures (JSON/XML) is a major plus. \n
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business operations, sales pipelines, marketing strategies, and ROI calculation for enterprise software. \n

- Exceptional Communication: Stellar verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly. \n
