\nRole Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The Senior Accountant prepares and reviews financial statements, monitors cash flow, and ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial analysis to assist management in decision-making. The Senior Accountant is also expected to identify process improvement opportunities, implement controls, and support the growth and scalability of the finance function.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting. \n
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing. \n
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced skills in MS Excel. \n
- Understanding of local tax regulations, statutory compliance, and audit processes. \n
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare management reports, and support budgeting and forecasting. \n
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. \n
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage. \n
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial. \n
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and commitment to maintaining confidential financial information. \n
