Job Description

We're looking for a sharp, dependable Executive Assistant who also owns social media marketing — someone who can run a US-based principal's day-to-day (calendar, inbox, travel, follow-ups) while also creating and scheduling content across the firm's social channels. This is a blended EA + marketing role, remote, working US Eastern hours.

Key responsibilities:

Executive & operations support:

  • Calendar, inbox, and travel management for the principal across US time zones
  • \n
  • Meeting scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-through on action items
  • \n
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence; maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • \n
  • Build and maintain SOPs and organized documentation/records
  • \n
  • Light AP/AR — invoice tracking, expense follow-ups, basic bookkeeping coordination
  • \n
  • Zoom setup and coordination for internal and client meetings
  • \n

Social media & content:

    \n
  • Create, schedule, and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • \n
  • Design simple graphics/assets in Canva ; maintain brand consistency
  • \n
  • Draft captions and light copy; support content calendars and campaigns
  • \n
  • Basic performance tracking/reporting on social activity
  • \n

A calm, organized partner who keeps the principal's week running smoothly, keeps the firm's social presence active and on-brand, and can be trusted with confidential information — all on US hours, fully remote.
