Architect(Residential, Commercial, Institutional)

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their project goals and ensure that designs reflect their vision. Prepare presentations, sketches, and visualizations to communicate ideas effectively.

Coordination with Consultants:

Work closely with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineers, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.

Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles and ensure energy-efficient and environmentally responsible solutions are applied where possible.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other architects, junior staff, and external partners to ensure a smooth workflow. Provide guidance to junior architects and interns as needed. Qualifications and

Skills

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm, with a portfolio demonstrating experience in a range of projects (e.g., residential, commercial, institutional),

Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Familiarity with Revit, BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools is a plus.
