\nWhat You'll Do:

- Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding to adoption, retention, and growth \n
- Conduct QBRs, customer reviews, workshops, and strategic engagement meetings \n
- Build customer success plans aligned with business goals and KPIs Manage escalations and drive resolution in collaboration with internal teams \n
- Develop Go-to-Green strategies for at-risk accounts \n
- Monitor adoption trends, health scores, and customer usage patterns \n
- Drive customer enablement, product adoption, and ROI realization \n
- Maintain accurate customer records and success plans in CRM tools \n
- Analyze customer health and engagement metrics \n
- Identify churn risks proactively and execute mitigation plans \n
- Support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities \n
- Partner with Strategic Client Executives for account growth \n
