We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Talent Management Intern to join our Creator Management team. This internship offers hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator onboarding, campaign execution, and brand partnerships. You will work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

• Assist in managing relationships with creators and influencers.

• Research, identify, and onboard new creators across various content categories.
\n
• Support influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
\n
• Coordinate with creators to ensure timely content delivery and campaign compliance.
\n
• Maintain creator databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports.
\n
• Assist in pitching creators to brands and agencies for collaboration opportunities.
\n
• Communicate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables to creators.
\n
• Stay updated with social media trends and emerging creators.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
\n
• Strong interest in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Digital Marketing.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
\n
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
\n
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
\n
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
