About Us Clutch The Close is a sales training and consulting company. We build and run sales systems for coaching and consulting businesses across India, the US, UK, Australia and GCC. Our numbers: 5,000+ sales calls closed personally by our founders, 500+ closers trained, Rs 40 Crore+ in revenue generated for clients. We run proprietary frameworks like Socratic Flow and Weapons of Mass Persuasion that our closers get trained on directly. When you join us, you do not just get a seat. You get trained by people who close for a living. The Role You take warm inbound leads on Zoom for high ticket offers in the Rs 50K to 2L range. These are people who already raised their hand. No cold calling. No lead hunting. Your job is simple: run great sales calls, close deals, follow up like a professional, and keep your numbers updated. Your Targets Drive Rs 10L/month in new revenue Close 10+ high ticket deals every month Take 4 to 5 qualified calls per day, 6 days a week Hold a minimum 10% close rate on Zoom Work our follow-up and Dead Lead Resurrection system on non-buyers Update CRM and tracking sheets daily, no excuses The Money (do the math yourself) Base draw: Rs 15,000 to 25,000/month Commission: 9 to 10% on cash collected Bonus: Extra 2% on Paid-in-Full deals At a 10% close rate on a Rs 1L offer, you collect around Rs 10L/month, which means Rs 90K to 1L in commission plus your base. At a 20% close rate you cross Rs 2L/month. Your income is capped only by your skill.
