- 2 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA and/or ZPA.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, Proxy, and Firewall concepts.
- Knowledge of SSO, SAML, MFA, and Identity Management.
- Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting network/security issues.
- Familiarity with cloud security and Zero Trust architecture.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Zscaler Administrator with 2 years of experience in managing and supporting Zscaler cloud security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments to ensure secure and seamless user connectivity.
- Administer and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platforms.
- Configure and manage security policies, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and bandwidth controls.
- Monitor Zscaler dashboards, logs, and alerts for security incidents and performance issues.
- Troubleshoot user connectivity, authentication, and application access issues.
- Integrate Zscaler with Identity Providers such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, or Active Directory.
- Support deployment and management of Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC).
- Perform policy tuning and optimization to improve security posture and user experience.
- Work with network and security teams to resolve operational issues.
- Generate security and usage reports for management and audit requirements.
- Assist in implementing Zero Trust security best practices.
