- Bachelors degree in Engineering /MBA from tier 1/2 colleges
- 3-5 years Experience in B2B business development role
- Identify target OEM clients, set up meeting and to pitch service offerings
- Develop a strong pipeline of OEM/EPC customers operating in capital goods industries
- Build a long-term partnership with clients to achieve business success
- Manage customers from the acquisition till retention stage to get repeated orders
- Coordinate with internal team for easy transaction/closure of projects
- Prepare customer acquisition plans, set sales revenue target and achieve them
