Job Description-Graphic Visualizer: Responsible for the coordination of design projects from the initial concept to final completion with the help of the Creative Head, Visualizer, Proof Reader, Accounts Manager and Programming teams to ensure smooth delivery of most of the standard projects Work with the Creative Head / Visualizers to create adaptations of the final artwork based on the approved concept. This applies to all business and marketing collaterals Work with Graphic Designers to assist them and ensure their continued development and be up-to-date with all emerging technologies, design techniques and software updates Job duties include liaising with the Accounts Manager and production team to prepare pre-press files for printing. Checking digital prints and finished products for quality issues, if any, and delivery of printed material It will also include liaising with suppliers for print stationeries, digital print vendors Create and execute design layouts and develop artwork for a variety of print and web projects Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all work and stages of development of design projects Help the web-design/programming team in layouts and ideas, as and when needed Should be aware of the latest trends in design (both print and web) Interpreting the client's business needs Developing design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues Thinking creatively to produce new ideas Multi-tasking: graphic designers often work on more than one design brief at a time Producing accurate and high quality work On-time delivery. Meeting deadlines under all circumstances and keeping the team informed about delays if any, for the delivery of design work (includes printed material) Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief Working well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, website designers and marketing specialists Working with tight deadlines and ensuring that there is no loss in the quality of the design/production work being created Key Performance Indicators: Delivery of work to specification Initiative and Innovative Creative quality of work being delivered Effectiveness Attendance and Timeliness Salary: Not a constraint at all for right candidate!!
