Job Overview:

Looking for the City Community Manager and Event Organizer, who will be responsible for managing and growing the company's presence in a specific city. This includes but is not limited to, creating and executing community engagement strategies, event planning, and coordinating logistics.

They are someone who is having proven experience in community management &A event planning and fluent in English.

They must be able to work in a dynamic environment and be able to adapt to different locations.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and potential customers

Plan and execute events in the city to promote their products and services to potential clients and build brand awareness

Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals

Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers

Oversee all aspects of event production, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

Stay up to date on industry trends and developments and identify opportunities to incorporate new ideas and technologies into events

Act as an advocate for the company and promote their services to potential clients

Mandatory Requirement:

Experience in community management & event planning

Should based out of Mumbai

Willing to travel within the city

Preferred Requirement:

Sales or marketing experience

Familiarity with the city

Eligibility Criteria:

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once

Passion for community building and event planning
