A Ensure that the working processes are executed in line with the agreed standards and workflows (such as user creation (starter & leaver process), adjustments required in relationA to end-userA configurations) etc. A Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes and other physical hardware. A Installing and configuring infra equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues. A Monitoring computer systems to improve system performance. A Communicating networking issues to other employees and management. A Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems. A Manage users using Windows Enterprise server operating systems, in combination with Active Directory User Management.
