Efficient management of functions, hospitality and events for up to 500 members.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Ensuring that we deliver high quality service to the mess members <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n

Control and monitor the financial performance of the Mess and to maintain costs within pre\-budgeted targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n

Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard, School policy and current legislation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n

Establish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the School and the Vendors<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n

Implement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
