<\/p><\/li>\nManaging a team of 10, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\nEfficient management of functions, hospitality and events for up to 500 members.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\nEnsuring that we deliver high quality service to the mess members <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\nControl and monitor the financial performance of the Mess and to maintain costs within pre\-budgeted targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\nEnsure all food is prepared to a high standard, School policy and current legislation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\nEstablish and maintain satisfactory relationships with individuals at all levels within the School and the Vendors<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\nImplement and maintain the Statutory and Company standards of hygiene, health and safety and take any action as is necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
