Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Remote
Offshore - 3-5 Years of experience.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Knowledge Management, and HR Service Catalog.
• Develop custom workflows, forms, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance HR processes and user experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, web services, and MID Servers.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD applications, including incident resolution and problem management.
• Keep abreast of ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with specialization in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with experience in implementing HRSD solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Scripting (JavaScript), Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, and UI Pages.
• Experience in ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
