• 6+ years' experience and proven specialization in design and hands-on implementation of ServiceNow ITOM – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration with deep understanding on IT Infrastructure
• Preferred Certification on ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery

Job Description

• Lead the design, implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• As a ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Sr.Developer, will define the scope and vision for implementation and support projects that deliver tailored solutions using best practices and bring industry knowledge.
• Define the CSDM framework and roadmap, identify the gaps in CMDB and provide enhancement opportunities
• Work on complex Service Mapping and Discovery needs to Client the client's application and infrastructure landscape. The candidate should be able to interact with the different application and infrastructure teams to understand and document the landscape.
• Integrate cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP into ServiceNow ITOM to enhance operational efficiency
• Strong experience in creating and customizing patterns
• Perform hands-on development tasks, including creation, configuration and customization of patterns, discovery schedules, probes, sensors and event rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, application management tools, and automation of alerts using OOB plugins and API methods.
• Conduct third-party integrations with ServiceNow
• Design and Manage MID Servers to ensure seamless integration and operations
• Perform design work sessions and produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams etc.
  
  Technical Skills:
• Good experience in conducting workshops with enterprise users about CSDM framework and CMDB.
• Ability to design and configure ServiceNow discovery and Service Mapping in order to Client infrastructure components.
• Strong understanding on applications, server, network, storage and cloud infrastructure components. Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts.
• Strong experience on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating them into ITOM processes
• Must have strong experience in building custom patterns
• Working experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow Event Management and Orchestration for IT Infrastructure.
• Ability to conduct workshops and coordinate with Infrastructure & Application architects to gather information needed to aid discovery and service mapping
• Ability to assist and coordinate with engineers in rolling out discovery & service mapping
• Ensuring documentation of all configurations being designed
• Ability to design and configure MID servers.
