Who we’re looking for:

• Individuals who have 1-2 years experience in campaign optimization for CAC reduction and increase in RoAS.

• Planning business projections and accordingly aligning the marketing strategy to achieve set RoAS and CACs as targets.

• First hand experience in operating campaigns for lead generation across Meta and Google platform. Google platform includes SEM, Youtube ads, Pmax campaigns.

• Constant iteration of lead quality from marketing through creatives, forms and audiences.

• Complete understanding of analytics and events on how they are used for campaign optimisation.

• Creative skill and understanding of what stands out as relatable content to the audience and accordingly work towards high ROI ads.

• Intermediate to advanced efficiency with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint. SQL is a plus.
