Qualifications
Post graduate degree in English literature/communications from a reputed instituteExposure to corporate communication
Strong executive presence and client-management skills
Excellent writing/editing and content-creation skills
Strong creative conceptualization abilities
Work with key stakeholders to understand requirements and develop strategic communication for the target audience
Create communication strategies and plans for various marketing requirements/initiatives
Plan and execute internal and external campaigns
Liaise with various stakeholders to build powerful messages
Master the KPMG brand guidelines and review and create material accordingly
Drive employee engagement communication
Create engaging content across platforms that have resonance with the audience group
Drive effective leadership communication
Liaise with designers in the marcomm team to create impactful deliverables
Project manage campaigns and other communication activities to ensure timely and quality delivery
Independently conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
