Roles & responsibilities

As a Team Leader in the Account & Sectors Management team, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding client needs, identify opportunities for additional services, and ensure successful delivery.

You will also be expected to lead projects, manage the performance of colleagues and contribute to the value proposition of the capability. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead by example to set and deliver program-level objectives across accounts and sectors, driving consistent execution, scalability, and best practice adoption across wider accounts and sectors to deliver measurable business impact
Serving as the primary point of contact to stakeholders for designated Accounts / Sectors / Priority area
Monitoring account performance to develop insights for stakeholders
Acting as trusted advisor to stakeholders and offering insights to enable them achieve their account / sector plans
Sharing best practices with onshore account/sectors teams that help them drive effective account development activities
Ensure high-quality delivery and excellence at team level and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research, CRM, Sales Insights to ensure alignment on account / sector objectives and need.
Actively contributing to client service team meetings
Contributing to the development of account management best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with the program lead/peer group to ensure consistency and quality of support provided to accounts / sectors

Align work with Global Chairman Accounts and priority strategic sectors to ensure consistency and strategic relevance

Educational qualifications

Qualifications: Post Graduation degree from a reputable university

Work experience

5-7 years or business experience in a similar role for a large multinational. Having familiarity with Account Management proposition and solutions will be an added advantage
Fostering knowledge sharing through training programs, and peer to peer coaching
Drive continuous improvement initiatives at the team level to enhance efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
Curate, enhance, and champion sector and accountspecific service offerings to support strategic sector and account objectives.
Proactively identify opportunities for standardization and automation; design and execute actionable plans; and lead project management for successful adoption.
Innovate and develop new products, tools, and capabilities to enable account and sector growth.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with onshore account teams, sector managers, CLP, and SLP stakeholders.
Integrate deeply with account and sector teams to act as a trusted advisor, contributing meaningfully to monthly reviews and ongoing strategic discussions.
Able to run self-reviews on the deliverables and seek help of senior team members in preparing SOPs and quality checklists
