As a Python and Blockchain Development Manager, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of Pythonbased applications and blockchain solutions. This role combines handson technical expertise with people and delivery management responsibilities. You will guide teams to build secure, scalable distributed systems while ensuring best practices, quality, and timely execution.

Roles and Responsibilities
Own and lead endtoend development of Python applications and blockchainbased solutions
Design, develop, and review smart contracts, blockchain integrations, and backend services
Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and codelevel reviews to development teams
Manage, mentor, and grow Python and blockchain developers to ensure highquality delivery
Ensure system performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical and production issues
Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, deployment, and documentation

Oversee delivery timelines and ensure alignment with project and business goals
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards, especially for blockchain solutions
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
Promote continuous improvement through automation, tooling, and modern engineering practices
Work closely with USbased stakeholders and global delivery teams, demonstrating strong crosscultural collaboration
Demonstrate strong communication skills, executive presence, and stakeholderinfluencing capabilities in an onshoreoffshore delivery model
