Tibco Platform Engineer - SSE

- Design, deploy, and maintain Tibco integration platform components including API Management solutions, ESB, and messaging middleware to support international business units.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the Tibco integration platform.

- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to API gateways, ESB flows, and messaging queues.

- Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps tools.

- Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning of the platform.

- Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory security standards across all integration services.

- Provide technical guidance and support for integration patterns and API lifecycle management.

- Document platform architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

- Provide training, support, and knowledge transfer to international IT teams.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in automotive leasing and propose innovative integration solutions.

- Concrete examples of activities to be performed autonomously:

- Ensure Integration platform is up and running, monitor and mitigate (Datadog / EKS / Grafana etc...)

- Support CI/CD pipeline (Flogo, BW, Pulsar) to solve issues or to introduce new features.

- Around 95% of TIBCO platform configurations are based on automation, so person should have knowledge on Terraform, GitLab and different type of automation functions to work.

- Support API end to end flow, incl. REST based communication issues - API management.

- Locate and manage platform components thanks to the knowledge of Integration processes and systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Well versed with low code/no code development platforms.

- Have experience in TIBCO Flogo, BW Container edition and Apache pulsar.

- Knowledge on different integration patterns (Sync / Async / Broadcast / Correlation / Migration etc.).

- Knowledge on Golang (programming language) to develop and maintain the custom connectors/triggers.

- Strong knowledge in Bash scripting.

- Have some knowledge on AWS infra, EKS, S3 and Terraform development skills

- Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) using GitLab / AWS or any other tools for timely builds, code coverage, running test.

- Experience using software development tools such Git / Maven.

- Experience working in international, multicultural environments with distributed teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational impact and cross-border complexities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners
