Job Title: Head of IT Division - Credit Risk Management Technology (GSC India)
Location: GSC India (with international scope)
Reporting Line: Functional reporting to the Global Head of Credit Risk Management Technology
Status : Executive
Main Mission
Lead the IT Division dedicated to Credit Risk Management within GSC India, ensuring the implementation of the defined IT strategy and delivering high-performance solutions for credit risk steering and modeling, data sourcing, calculation including stress tests, reporting across Retail and Investment Banking activities.
Key Responsabilites
- Drive the execution of the IT strategy for credit risk steering and modeling, data sourcing, calculation including stress tests, reporting, aligned with global standards.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of credit risk solutions in collaboration with global teams.
- Ensure quality and reliability of IT developments and production.
- Manage and coordinate ~150 FTE based in GSC India, working closely with teams in Paris.
- Guarantee compliance and integration of ESG rules within credit risk processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with Risk and Finance Divisions, as well as external partners.
- Contribute to cost efficiency and value delivery within the allocated budget.
Profile
- Master's degree in IT or related field,
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Systems and team management,
- Expertise in scalable, cost-efficient credit risk architecture and modeling,
- Deep understanding of banking challenges, risk models, and data requirements,
- Strong leadership: ability to inspire, motivate, and convey a strategic vision across business and technology,
- Open-minded, innovative, and accountable.
