Job Description: Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced resource with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, specifically in PPM Costing, Billing, Project Resource Management/Project Management, and Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting these modules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support efforts for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, focusing on PPM Costing, Billing, Project Resource Management/Project Management, and Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop implementation plans.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to meet business needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the above-mentioned modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 5-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, specifically in PPM Costing, Billing, Project Resource Management/Project Management, and Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to project costing, billing, and resource management.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Oracle certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications is a plus.
