Process Engineer

Position Name - Process Engineer

Location - Pune - Chakan

Experience Range - 3 -5 Years

Mandatory Requirement:

• Must have at least 3–5 years of experience in Chemical Process Engineering.
• Familiarity with process equipment such as vacuum pumps, thin film evaporators, and distillation columns
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, and GA drawings
• Exposure to SolidWorks or AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Well- organized with the ability to use Excel for tracking engineering data and project performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong reporting and presentation skills
• Understanding of mass transfer concepts
• Familiar with heat transfer and heat exchanger sizing calculations
• Follow directions, procedures, and instructions diligently, with transparent and accurate reporting
  

• Provide technical support to sales team for equipment sizing and selection
• Familiarity with process equipment such as vacuum pumps, thin film evaporators, and distillation columns
• Discuss and understand technical requirements of customers.
• Size process equipment (evaporators, heat exchangers) based on customer specifications.
• Prepare technical proposals, datasheets, and General Arrangement drawings.
• Accompany Sales Managers to customer locations as required for technical support.
• Achieve all goals set forth by Management.
• Assist in presentations at customer locations.
• Collaborate with production team on custom equipment design and specifications.

• University degree or above required with major in Chemical Engineering
