About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will ensure that UI components are robust, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern front-end technologies.

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend Developers, Designers, QA, etc.) to define and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Maintain code integrity and organization with version control systems like Git.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to improve application performance.

• Stay up to date with emerging front-end trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, or similar state management tools.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).

• Proficient in Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Knowledge of Next.js or React Native.

• Familiarity with Jest, Cypress, or other testing frameworks.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma/Adobe XD integration.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
