Position: BIM Architect

Experience: 2-3 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture

About the Role:

As a BIM Architect, you will work on international (US-based) projects, delivering high-quality BIM models aligned with global standards. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, proactive documentation of RFIs and constructability inputs, and direct exposure to client coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the project requirements.
  • Efficiently using BIM softwares to fulfil the requirement of the project and client.
  • Documenting RFI's, emails, Constructability issues during and after modelling.
  • Working in a collaborative environment with other team members.
  • Updating leads with their daily tasks and project report.
  • Attending client meetings along with the leads, when required.

Requirements -

  • 2-3 years of experience using BIM in US projects.
  • Bachelors degree in architecture.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of various International BIMs standards and BIM LODs.
  • Awareness of BIM best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High logical thinking, listening and initiative skills.
