Senior Technical Manager

Job Description

• • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software solutions, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, with expertise in Java and VOIP technologies.
  • Drive and champion the adoption of Agile/Scrum practices within the development team.
  • Collaborate with PLM and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication of project requirements and priorities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product increments by removing obstacles and ensuring continuous improvement of team performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Operations) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Bring deep knowledge of VOIP technologies (such as SIP, RTP, WebRTC, and IP Telephony) and ensure that best practices are followed in designing and implementing VOIP-related features.

Required Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and VOIP technologies.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a technical management role, leading development teams in an Agile environment.
