Functional Area: Customer Service, Printing Desired Candidate Profile Good English communication is a must. Experience in using DTP software (preferred). Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office. Customer facing experience - either face-to-face or on the phone (good to have). Training will be provided in print technology and customer service. Job Description Providing print and design solutions to customers in a retail environment. Creating personalised photo and print products. Providing basic design and DTP services. Operating digital print equipment and pre press software. Interacting with customers and providing customer service and solutions that exceed the highest standards in the retail print industry.
